The range of Chemtec wastewater treatment plants

The range of Chemtec plants includes

  • Flotation units for the continuous purification of water in paint booths.
These types of plants, in synergy with Chemtec chemical products, transform excess paint into insoluble sludge, keeping the water in the paint booths clean. This prevents costly maintenance and disposal of wastewater, ensuring superior quality in painting.
  • Vertical reactors for sedimentation and sludge separation.
It is possible to transform pollutants in industrial water into insoluble sludge through coagulation and flocculation, which are then removed. This allows for water recycling and reuse or, if necessary, safe discharge into the environment.
  • Lamellar or coalescing deoilers for the separation of oils from washing baths.
  • Completing the range are chemical-physical plants with various types of filters.

All these plant solutions are designed and built specifically according to the specific needs of the clientele, ensuring maximum process efficiency.
